Bouquet sent to my elderly aunt for her birthday. They were dead within two days of her receiving them. They obviously weren't fresh when dispatched. I'd never use this company again
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Received flowers on Friday 24th March .very disappointed with the quanity in the box for €39 there was 2 short stem 2 head lillies and 5 roses the rose stems were spindly and only had top leaves on them when they began to open after a day or 2 the roses began to droop .would not recommend this company.emailed company they say the value was in what I received same amount of flowers in lidl or aldi would be less than €10 .teleflorist need to take a look at themselves and improve on at least giving value to customers

Imaging losing your daughter, receiving a box of DEAD flowers. My parents lost their daughter recently can you imagine the further heartbreak when a bouquet of DEAD flowers with a condolence card arrived. Have contacted the company twice now with no response. Disgusting. What went wrong have used this service before with no problems. .
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

1st and last time ordering from here, my friend got married and I couldnt make it. I sent flowers and to my shock the state of the flowers was horrific. The roses were dead and the flowers were broken from the stems. It looked nothing like the picture that I saw online. Please don't waste your money

We bought flowers for Mother’s Day and when I saw them I was as disgusted. The pictures were nothing at all like what was delivered, not even a resemblance. The flowers were nearly dead! The wrapping around them wasn’t even done properly. I will never buy off this company again.
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Flowers didn't turn up...
Have no idea if the flowers are any good as they never arrived. System seemed to manage to split the 4 and 2 from the address number of 42 and so the flowers were apparently delivered to number 4 Road, 2 Exeter!
Number 4 deny any arrived and Yodel have no picture of where they left them.
So, the Teleflorist system is at fault.....double check the address, even after you've used their automated system to find the address, when you get the order confirmation. The order confirmed showed it correct but once the invoice came through it was wrong. Too late then apparently.
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.

Flowers arrived 4 days late. They looked nothing like the picture. All shrubbery and the flowers had one rise and then just carnations. Customer service non existant. Next time I'll check the reviews and order from a reputable company even if that means paying extra.

Ordered same day flowers in the morning. At 3.25pm an email (which went to junk) was sent saying they couldn’t deliver and could send the following day.
I asked for a refund and thought they could at least send something to my friend to compensate the no flowers on her birthday. This is the reply.

Thank you for your email. We have cancelled your order and processed a full refund. Please note this may take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to be able to offer any compensation as we can only refund the initial payment made to ourselves.

Ordered some flowers for mother days and the worst 'bouquet' I have seen arrived. There was so much foliage in there that it made it hard to see the couple of flowers that had been included. One of them was already dead, and the others were already dying. I e-mailed the company to voice my displeasure and all I got back was a bog standard 'cut and paste' response on how to care for the flowers. No recognition of anything I had mentioned or the photos I had sent them.
Don’t waste your money - use another company!!
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.
