Sent a bouquet for Mother's Day and they were hugely underwhelming. The photo was lovely, the reality was lots of green and almost no flowers. What really annoyed me more however was the customer service response - they said they understood a recipient should be delighted but on this occasion the photograph I sent showed they were within their allowable tolerance for disappointment! Frankly I don't care if they met your tech spec - my 78 year old mum was disappointed, was disappointed but now you have upgraded me to angry and disgusted. Good job - I hope that meets your customer service feedback spec.
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.
