I ordered from Teleflorist on May 5th, for next day delivery. After I placed my order I read the reviews and got very discouraged at the fact people where saying the flowers where substituted,they arrived late, and customer service was horrible so of course right away I called and wanted to cancel my order. Getting through a representative was very fast, and the lady who helped me out was very helpful. She asked why I wanted to cancel my order and I expressed to her that the reviews I read where really bad. I expressed to her I didn't want my flowers to be substituted nor did I want my order to be late, that there was a reason why I chose that exact flower arraignment and that there was a reason why I wanted my flowers to be delivered on that specific day, not a day later or weeks. After that being said, she guaranteed me I would not have that problem and that that, that exact flower arraignment is the one that my mother would receive. I went ahead and staid with my order. Im very happy I did. My mother just called and saw the flowers and she was very happy. I loved ordering from there. Customer service was great and I have no complains. Im super happy with my purchase.
In summary, I would recommend Teleflorist to a friend.
