They couldn't care less

Seconds after ordering, I discovered the recipient would be at a different address in the same area on the day of their birthday. Immediately contacted to request a change of address. They refused. Asked to cancel the order. They waited a working day to reply and said it was now impossible.

Literally seconds after having my money they stopped caring about customer service. The result, redundant 60th birthday gift.

Thanks a whole bunch...

In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.

Ordered a standard rose plant for Mother's Day. Got email to say it was despatched then second to say it had been delivered. Spoke to mother on said day. Nothing delivered. Spoke to customer services. Offered refund or delivery next day. Chose latter. Spoke to mother again. Bouquet delivered instead of ordered plant. Spoke to customer services again and offered refund. Told refund was £8 more than I was told I had paid online because, contrary to what online account told me re. free delivery, I'd been charged £8 for delivery as well. To sum up: emails you cannot believe, online prices that are not true. At the least this is sharp practice. At worst it's fraud. Safe to say won't go near Interflora ever again.

In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.

Poor Customer Service

I would to like to share my unfortunate experience with Interflora. I order flowers for my sister's 20th Bday who lives in London. It was very important she would receive her flowers on her Birthday so when I saw that Inteflora delivers from 8am-6pm I thought it will be ideal since Interflora's drivers can arrange time and deliver the flowers that day plus Interflora being one of the biggest companies on the market made my decision even easier. Unfortunately nothing went as I expected. My sister didn't receive flowers, didn't receive a note and didn't receive a call from Interflora. Instead she called Inteflora to schedule next day deliver either around 8:30 or 5 pm (as was written on the website) - instead of apologies for the delay, Interflora's customer rep told her to be realistic (talking to a customer in that manner - UNACCEPTABLE) and not to expect the delivery when she wanted, basically meaning it is all about drivers schedule not her. Well, obviously next day my sister called in the morning to double check if she can expect flowers today. No luck. She called again little later. And interflora's customer rep told her - If she... Golden wedding gift

Received our gift of 2x pots of yellow indoor roses 27.09.2016 after a few days some of the roses turned brown before 1 week the leaves began to drop off all care instructions where carried out, therefore no recommendation for interflora is likely.

In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.

We ordered very special large bouquet, chocolates and balloon to celebrate our disabled daughters 28th birthday. Order value was nearly £70. Firstly we had email to say order had been delivered when it had not. Twenty minutes to get through to customer services. When flowers did arrive the florist's attitude was terrible. Bouquet thrust at me through front door with balloon attached. I staggered backwards with balloon being pushed at me. Florist slammed our front door so hard he broke the new doorbell !!

So rude ! Rang Interflora , not interested, said they would ring florist. We have no idea who the Skegness florist is ! Got a call , the delivery guy was the owners father !! Said they would send out a manager. Nobody came yesterday. I told her on the phone we would never order again, not from Interflora either.
What a dreadful service, what a dreadful company, what a dreadful man who delivered. Some of the foliage was broken at the side as he pulled the door closed and slammed it !!

Don't order from them !!! We've had problems wherever we've lived. Normally they would either refund or send another bouquet.

Three Poor examples

We have had three InterFlora deliveries in the last year. All were well packed and on time. All were very poor quality of freshness, and had a life of 2-3 days before looking very sad. In one case we contacted the local shop who supplied them, and they gave us replacement flowers without a quibble. Despite good service, I want FRESH flowers delivered on time.

In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.

Dreadful service, will never use them again.

Ordered flowers for Mother's day, they never arrived, despite the fact I received an email on the day the were due to be delivered saying they were on their way!!

The online tracking system said my order couldn't be found, I used the online complaint system and asked for them to contact me, they didn't. I then emailed them, they did reply promptly and told me they would refund me....but I really wanted the flowers to be sent and they barely apologised or gave any reason for them not being sent or why I received confirmation they were on their way.

First time I have used Interflora and definitely the last, so disappointed and it looks like I'm not the only one. I'll go back to using M&S flowers in future, never had any issues with them and always lovely flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.
