Ordered flowers for Mother's day, they never arrived, despite the fact I received an email on the day the were due to be delivered saying they were on their way!!
The online tracking system said my order couldn't be found, I used the online complaint system and asked for them to contact me, they didn't. I then emailed them, they did reply promptly and told me they would refund me....but I really wanted the flowers to be sent and they barely apologised or gave any reason for them not being sent or why I received confirmation they were on their way.
First time I have used Interflora and definitely the last, so disappointed and it looks like I'm not the only one. I'll go back to using M&S flowers in future, never had any issues with them and always lovely flowers.
In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.
