We ordered very special large bouquet, chocolates and balloon to celebrate our disabled daughters 28th birthday. Order value was nearly £70. Firstly we had email to say order had been delivered when it had not. Twenty minutes to get through to customer services. When flowers did arrive the florist's attitude was terrible. Bouquet thrust at me through front door with balloon attached. I staggered backwards with balloon being pushed at me. Florist slammed our front door so hard he broke the new doorbell !!
So rude ! Rang Interflora , not interested, said they would ring florist. We have no idea who the Skegness florist is ! Got a call , the delivery guy was the owners father !! Said they would send out a manager. Nobody came yesterday. I told her on the phone we would never order again, not from Interflora either.
What a dreadful service, what a dreadful company, what a dreadful man who delivered. Some of the foliage was broken at the side as he pulled the door closed and slammed it !!
Don't order from them !!! We've had problems wherever we've lived. Normally they would either refund or send another bouquet.
This was a very special birthday bouquet for a very brave girl.
The whole gesture was ruined by the man who came to the door with the flowers. Don't believe the photo on their website with the smiling florist delivering the bouquet. It does NOT happen in real life.
In summary, I would not recommend Interflora to a friend.
