Avoid this company! No plant was delivered. My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, I have been sent no refund, and they did not even inform me until I chased it up! When I did chase it uo, they said tge plant perished because the courier was unavailable! Completely unacceptable!

In summary, I would not recommend Flying Flowers to a friend.

I don’t have any good points to describe the flowers I got from Flying Flowers for mother’s day. Tulips were all drooping down and not one of them had opened up. Even the foliage was past its best I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Flowers arrived for mothers Day in terrible condition. Leaves dried out and a very cheap bunch of supermarket flowers - certainly couldn't call.it a bouquet! So a second bunch of flowers sent as good will gesture!

2nd bunch arrived squashed with no water in the box so dried and slightly withered. Would not recommend using this company at all if you want to know you have sent bouquet of lovely flowers...that will not happen sadly.

In summary, I would not recommend Flying Flowers to a friend.

Bought flowers for mothers day, there werent that many of them and they missed the chocs off. they didnt care either nor did they tell people or put it clearly on their site. WONT be using them again ever.

Sent to me as gift from friend.
Broken flowers & golden sprayed foliage flat & broken so needed to be thrown away.
Disgusting to charge people for that kind of quality.
Avoid !!

Please don't waste your money like I have (£25) for a bunch of flowers I could have got for about £4 from the supermarket. Also not free delivery as advertised, so don't be fooled by this. The picture on their website looks beautiful, but what my daughter received was terrible. . A measly bunch of shitty flowers. I'm so disappointed as it was for a special birthday. I will never use this company again. I say avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from these people. Goods failed to arrive and customer service is useless. The customer hotline doesn’t even work it’s a test number. They should be prosecuted for fraud. No one cares

8 days before the date required I ordered a single colour bunch of scented flowers. I received the confirmation of my order but on the day of despatch at 16.30 I received an email telling me they were unable to send the flowers I had ordered and had sent a totally different multicoloured bunch instead. They said they had tried to contact me but there were no missed calls or missed messages so this was obviously untrue. I complained but the damage was done, the recipient hates multicoloured bunches which was why I ordered a single colour. Do not use this company, they do not do what you want. Customer service were useless.

The flowers lasted 2 days - I contacted customer services to let them know & have just had a reply to say there is nothing they can do! The flowers were for my mother-in-law who was very disappointed. Will never use flying flowers again.

I received a very poor bunch of droopy carnations and freesia one day late. I am not sure what bouquet they were supposed to be from their website as they did not resemble any. The flowers were droopy, some were broken and what was there only lasted a few days. Exceptionally overpriced, you would be better placed buying from a garage and posting them yourself. Very poor and would definitely NOT recommend.
