8 days before the date required I ordered a single colour bunch of scented flowers. I received the confirmation of my order but on the day of despatch at 16.30 I received an email telling me they were unable to send the flowers I had ordered and had sent a totally different multicoloured bunch instead. They said they had tried to contact me but there were no missed calls or missed messages so this was obviously untrue. I complained but the damage was done, the recipient hates multicoloured bunches which was why I ordered a single colour. Do not use this company, they do not do what you want. Customer service were useless.
In summary, I would not recommend Flying Flowers to a friend.
