Dreadful
07 April 2014
Reviewer: Rabski from UK

Ordered flowers online for delivery and paid by debit card. Two days later, on the day of delivery, had a phone call to say that they 'could not deliver'.

Discussion followed and apparently it will take 'between three and five days' to refund me.

Unbelievably poor service. Comedians. Take your money for something that state on the website that they do, then hold on to your money for up to five days.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. UTTER THEFT.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Disappointed Mother

Flowers sent from my son for Mothering Sunday. They had been left on the doorstep. No card to say they were there. A neighbour emailed me to say a box was on the step. When I found it the box had fallen off the step and was upside down. Some of the flowers were damaged. I can't bring myself to tell my son, he would have spent a lot of money on them.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Mothers' Day Flowers Not Delivered
30 March 2014
Reviewer: Jsl43 from UK

I ordered Mothers' Day flowers and paid an extra £9.95 for delivery.

At 17:31 on Mothers' Day, I received an email stating that, "delivery has not been possible on the date you have selected".

What was I meant to do at that time?

It appears to me that eFlorist accept orders that they are unable to fulfill? I suspect that is actually illegal and I will be pursuing this company through Trading Standards.

Do not use this company!!!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Awful - Never use them!

Ordered flowers for my anniversary.

They didn't show.

Looked like I forgot when I'd ordered them the week before.

I e-mailed eFlorist. They were completely unapologetic. Coming up with every excuse under the sun. I wish I'd have paid the extra 4/5 pounds and used a more reputable company.

These guys are complete cowboys.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Non Delivery

Having ordered the flowers on the www, that would have been a real big morale boost for someone just diagnosed with cancer the night before due to being busy the following day.

I was rang mid morning the day of the supposed delivery, to be informed by a sheepish agent, that they wouldn't be delivering due the area being "not very populated". I informed them that the local town has a pop. of around 120000 and that their website even had the address and nowhere did it say we do not deliver. They told me to use another florist and no mention of a refund or an apology. Not happy and back to the devil's supermarket, I guess.

So if you live in East Anglia , probably not a good choice for a delivering florist, it's in the countryside don't you know. So Eflorist thanks for wasting my time, effort and trust in your business.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I ordered a bouquet from the eflorist website for my mother's birthday. The bouquet I chose was of white roses & lilys. The website contains a disclaimer that certain flowers may be substituted due to seasonality however I did not imagine there would be any issue with roses & Lily's. The bouquet received by my mother was of carnations & chrysanthemums. She said it looks like a bunch you'd get from a garage forecourt.

I have complained directly to e florist as I do not expect to pay £35 for carnations however they have refused to recompense me as they feel they are covered by their disclaimer.

Avoid these thieving charlatans

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I cannot believe how bad this company actually is. I'll keep this short and sweet.
A few months a go I ordered flowers which were delivered the day after I needed to and in HORRIBLE conditions. After unanswered emails and phone calls, I didn't receive not even a WE ARE SORRY, let alone a refund.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used e-florist again and surprise surprise...flowers haven't arrived yet. They will probably arrive on the wrong day and in horrible conditions too.
Do something wise customers, get in touch with REAL florists near wherever you need the flowers to arrive, THEY are REAL PROFESSIONALS.
E-florist: be ashamed.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day 4 days before hand to be delivered on the day. This cost me £31 including delivery and the flowers looked wilted and nothing like the picture provided. I immediately complained to eflorist who duly replied within the promise time of 48 hours asking if I would like a refund or replacement. I accepted the offer of a refund but not heard anything since the 18th February 2014 where I have sent 6 emails in total to them. After reading reviews about this company, I believe that they are not a very honest organisation and do not care about the needs of the customer or fulfil their promises. I have evidence that the flowers died after just 4 days of them being delivered as well as the emails I have sent to them. I have not received any acknowledgement or a refund for what I believe was falsely advertised.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
