This company is dreadful! No email confirmation to first order. Tried again thinking they hadn't been ordered and this time received email. Tried to cancel 2nd order minutes after and was told hours later that it was too late to cancel! It only takes one phone call! Of course they don't have a phone to ring in emergencies in case you get through in time. First flowers were delivered on time. Nothing like I ordered,being a small bunch not extra large like I asked for. Goodness knows where they got them from. Terrible to contact. Everybody reading this just take note,when things go fine it's great,when they go wrong this company is incompetent and arrogant! You have been warned!
In summary, I would not recommend Teleflorist to a friend.
