Basket of funeral flowers ordered several days before funeral, date, time, address given. The actual funeral service started at 2pm, but serenata delivered the poor quality flowers at 2.15pm to the undertakers! The Hearse left way ahead of the 2pm Service! The bereaved family picked the flowers up from the undertakers the next day, and the rose petals were brown! Nothing like the picture. Will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them! Serenata dealt with this with e-mails and did not want to know!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Unacceptable. I sent flowers to celebrate a proposal. The flowers were delayed (not making the correct date) and then they were never delivered. I received multiple emails stating they had been delivered but the intended party never received them. Then they waited 6 days to respond to my next email. They have still not given me a refund. Terrible service! Do not trust for time-sensitive events!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I have not received good service. The whole company acts like a scam. Uses Yodel for deliveries hardly one of Britain's trusted delivery companies.
Tracking is useless.
Customer service a joke but then are they are based offshore?
Going round and round.
Endless emails with no one really reading them.
Looked at reviews can't believe they are genuine reviews for good service.
Surely paid reviews?
I suggest you steer clear of this company.
Pay a little bit more for a superior service with another company.
This was my first and last time I will use this shoddy company.

I ordered for my daughters 30th birthday.

They did not arrive. Until next day. I had to read lie after lie even saying that my daughter had rang the courier to rearrange delivery. The flowers were a surprise so she didn't know they were coming.
I have been offered £3 as an apology.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I thought I would give this online florist a chance as they looked good value on their website , how wrong could I be , I was sending the flowers to a friend who had recently lost her son so it was very important they arrived on the day I specified , they never arrived !! I emailed them the next day they told me in they would look into it , after several emails they told me they had been delivered to the wrong address !! I asked for them to be delivered ASAP when they finally arrived they were awful ! Just about ready for the bin , I will go back to M&S in the future at least I will get what I pay for !

Do not waste your money with this so called florist they are certainly nothing like the pictures on the website !!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Wish I could give -10 stars. Don't trust anyone who has put 5 stars (it's probably them writing their own)

Paid £25 for mothers day flowers for them to arrive looking no bigger than a bunch I could have brought at tesco for £3

To make it worse the day after 80-90% of the bouquet were dead so looked like they had been on a lamppost for 5 days.

I tried to make a complaint and they wouldn't pass me to their complaints department so had to keep talking to someone in their general enquiries and all the responses were "the bouquet made to the quality described" - if that's their quality it's 200% a RIP-OFF I wouldn't have paid £0.50p for this bunch.

Please read and be advised to go elsewhere

I ordered a £24.95 bouquet for Mothers Day and when they arrived yesterday they were absolutely appalling and nothing like the image shown on their website. There were just 6 flowers stuffed in a box with a load of advertising literature. A massive disappointment. I had tried to look at reviews for this company before ordering and did think it strange that there are no reviews shown on their own social media sites... clearly a company that are editing out negative reviews.

I wouldn't use this company again if they were the last florist on earth so avoid at all costs!!!

I've used this firm a lot in the UK and generally found them reliable and the flowers fresh. For the first time, I tried to send some flowers overseas to an elderly friend. Disastrous and frustrating experience - anyone contemplating anything similar: be warned. Their contact florist in Madrid refused to deliver the flowers on the promised delivery date because he claimed (so Serenata said) that I had given a wrong phone number.
I got an email message about this from Serenata, with a link that didn't work. No way of contacting them by phone - they claim that mailing their Customer Service is more efficient, which it most certainly isn't. Instead of settling the phone number issue with a quick phone call, I had to send a whole string of messages.

They denied having received the first one, which confirmed the phone number, gave a second number and pointed out that the recipient is quite deaf. I got a reminder from them the next day - again with a link that didn't work. Since they hadn't even referred to their commitment to offer a refund if the delivery date wasn't met, I told them I would cancel.... (Read the full review)

Two lots of flowers ordered as a thank you for me and my daughter by an elderly relative. Dreadful flowers , only lasted a few days. Can't really complain as we were not the actual purchasers and we are far too embarrassed to go back to my Aunt and tell her. Reading the reviews on this site they are in dramatic contrast to the self serving rubbish on the Serenata review page.

Could it be that Seranata know that most people wouldn't complain in these circumstances?

Avoid them is my best advice.

I ordered a bouquet, cake and balloon for a birthday surprise for a friend. When ordering, I could not see how to request a time slot, although it says this can be done. I emailed customer service but was too late. I had an email at 4.35pm to say the flowers had been delivered. I knew my friend was out at this time, so I emailed the company to ask where the flowers had been left (I had requested Deliver to a neighbour) and wondered which neighbour had taken them in. I was told the parcel was left in a secure place at the front of the house. There is no secure place at the front of the house, so I immediately drove to my friends house, luckily not too many miles away, and there was the parcel, outside the front door, in full view, so any passer-by could take it. Also it had been raining, so parcel was soaking wet.
