I ordered a dozen red roses and a box of chocolates for delivery on Valentines Day. My partner received ELEVEN, near dead roses and no chocolates.
I contacted the company via email - there was no telephone option and the 'live chat' facility was not live. I have sent 3 emails so far, all without a response.
I tried to detail a review on TrustPilot though I am advised that I need a valid order ID to enter a review. I tried to enter the ID that is detailed on my order confirmation only to be advised that it is 'invalid'. It seems that iFlorist is in cahoots with this reveiw site - it is not long ago that the business was 'smelling of roses' on it's review (http://www.bitterwallet.com/iflorist-comes-up-smelling-of-roses-on-review-site/27464).
The website does not offer any telephone support or customer care. iFlorist is not interested in customers, so I suggest that customers should not be interested in iFlorist.
A VERY disgruntled customer.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
