The value was pretty poor compared to what it used to be.

The flowers were not the best and arrived late. They also didn't last as long as they said, so I made a complaint.

Lovely lady very helpful offered a replacement bouquet very apologetic and arranged for a courier to deliver them so they would come quicker. They are 2 days late. If they don't arrive by mid afternoon today I will be back on the phone.

They probably aren't the worst and others find the good. They just aren't as good as others or how they used to be.

In summary, I would not recommend Bunches to a friend.

Then I encountered customer service!

I'm known for my objective reviews on Google.

My wife received the flowers late Friday morning. An hour later I had contacted customer services with photo, of rotten blooms, recipient name and postcode. After denials that they couldn't [read, wouldn't] find a reference to the order and even suggested I had made it up (the order wasn't from them) It has taken until Tuesday for them to acknowledge the poor quality of their product. But more importantly the "care" they boast about on their website, doesn't seem to apply to flowers or customer services!

A sort of half-apology today is not good enough. Covid is no longer any excuse I'm afraid.

I wouldn't put my trust in bunches.co.uk for a special or important floral message, even when given ample opportunity to put things right; they chose the dispute over an apology.

In summary, I would not recommend Bunches to a friend.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday. What I received would not have filled a milk bottle (really). I am so angry at the embarrassment caused. £27 pounds down the drain.

Really poor delivery service. I requested that the delivery man wait for her to get to the door, but clearly they didn't as a calling card was left and the perishable flowers sent to an office. Since my grandmother is housebound, struggles to move about and suffers from dementia she wasn't able to reschedule a delivery. I was told nearly two months later that they had been sent back to the office and disposed of, but was refused any kind of refund or redelivery option.

In summary, I would not recommend Bunches to a friend.

Give a fair and balanced review - describe good and bad points! I am afraid there are no good points! Paid for flowers to be delivered - flowers were not delivered - even tried to tell me they had been delivered AND signed for before admitting delivery was attempted to the wrong address!

Can anybody tell me where I can find a good point with this company? If a company sets themselves up to deliver flowers for special occasions then they need to get it right 100% of the time, not just some of the time. Oh and by the way somebody better tell their customer services that it is the seller at fault and not the delivery company!

In summary, I would not recommend Bunches to a friend.

Most people only write reviews on flowers if they don't arrive or are poor quality. I am the same: I came here to write a bad review of another more expensive company (can I use its name? iFlorist - avoid!). But then I saw that Bunches only has one review. Well I've used Bunches twice, once for a birthday, and once to surprise my girlfriend, and I am very happy with their service. Good flowers, at an excellent price.

Please don't blame Bunches when it's the Post Office's fault. Obviously Bunches uses the postal service. That's why they are cheap. And that means a risk. I worked in a Post Office for years, and I have seen items delayed for days, or crushed under heavy parcels. My favourite example is so-called "48 hour delivery" that takes six days, yet still counts as 48 hours! In the UK. "48 hour delivery" means "48 hours from when we pick up the parcel, which is only once a day, usually at noon, and not on weekends or bank holidays" (at least where I worked, in a small rural town: maybe it's different in big cities). My husband ordered me the autumn bouquet for our wedding anniversary, came on wrong day, flowers are worth about £6.00 the price of a bunch from tesco and he paid £28.00!! I would never call what I have received a bouquet they are definitely an overpriced well photographed bunch , have told my other half never ever to use them again i'd have preferred tescos on the right day and saved the money!!!!
