Poor

I received some flowers meant for Mother’s Day. They arrived a day late, and strangely the label on the box said delivery ‘Monday to Saturday’ so how they were expected to reach me on a Sunday, I’m not sure!!
On opening them, they were wilting and some of the petals already falling off. Very few flowers too. Nothing at all like the images on their website, nor anything like the quality they are claiming to deliver.
I’ve had far better flowers from local supermarkets. They weren’t cheap I know, so Waitrose really need to up their game and look into this. I definitely wouldn’t buy flowers from them.
In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.

Ordered bouquet for 30pounds for family members birthday.. looking amazing on the picture. I felt very embarrassed when I got photo of the bouquet. Very very poor. No colors,no flowers, just buds.. you have to see that to understand.. better are m&s bouquets!!! I will never buy again here.
In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.

On first impressions thought wow lovely pot and flowers.studied instructions did everything correctly.
Next day roses were very droopy so shorted stems, third day they were dead!
Roses should last more than 2 days. These were meant to be a special gift as my only child died unexpectedly a few days before.
So disappointing Will advise all friends to stick to Interflora as I know roses I received from them are still looking good.
In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.

I ordered flowers for a special occasion for my daughter. How disappointing this was. The flowers arrived half dead and some stems broken in half. I don’t think yodel are the best to deliver either as they were on the van most of the day before delivery. Should of stuck with Marks an Spencer.
In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.
