Flowers are generally good and if there is any problem they refund straight away. Big downfall is they use YODEL for deliveries, who are rubbish. Most of the time they are just dumped outside in all weathers (or stolen). A number of times they just don't arrive. Sort it out Waitrose, for a premium product you should not be using a substandard courier service. In summary, I would recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.
