On first impressions thought wow lovely pot and flowers.studied instructions did everything correctly.
Next day roses were very droopy so shorted stems, third day they were dead!

Roses should last more than 2 days. These were meant to be a special gift as my only child died unexpectedly a few days before.

So disappointing Will advise all friends to stick to Interflora as I know roses I received from them are still looking good.

In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.
