Ordered same day flowers in the morning. At 3.25pm an email (which went to junk) was sent saying they couldn’t deliver and could send the following day.
I asked for a refund and thought they could at least send something to my friend to compensate the no flowers on her birthday. This is the reply.

Thank you for your email. We have cancelled your order and processed a full refund. Please note this may take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to be able to offer any compensation as we can only refund the initial payment made to ourselves.
