Lovely flowers from the Channel Islands

Ordered a bunch of Freesia’s to send my mother. The flowers were nicely wrapped and arrived on time. She was very pleased and they lasted well. Easy to order on the net and would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered flowers for my mother and my partners mother. When they turned up they were nothing like what was ordered. We ordered freesias with 20 stems, a small bunch of flowers came with only 9 stems and the flower heads all fell off, the next bunch came supposedly 38 flowers, 11 stems and no flower heads!! been emailing customer service for 7 days now and they are now telling me I will not be getting a refund as these are acceptable. would NEVER go with these again!!

In summary, I would not recommend Fine Flora to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday for today its now 7:22pm and not arrived. First time and last time I use this poor excuse of a company.

Expensive flowers dead on arrival - made excuses about the weather - customer service shocking - never accepted my complaints by e-mail and impossible to contact by phone - obtained refund via my credit card account - fineflora just ignored me - cant understand how still in business - should be ashamed of what they are doing - amazed that they can get away with things

They send flowers not as described; they were cheap not as ordered. Customer service was rude.

Be really careful with this company they stated what they send does not have to be as described; why would you pay for something that arrives and is not as purchased!

Cheap flowers costing less than £10 sent but charged me over £50 spent.

Absolutely disgusted by this scam company.

Firstly, I placed an order with Fineflora on 8 May for their Vintage Flower Bouquet. This was advertised to be "Full of lovely colour, the flowers are arranged by the florist in a vintage style bouquet and include roses, lisianthus, chrysanthemums and carnations." The main reason for my choosing of this particular product was due to the carnations that was represented to be included in the bouquet was it was parents' day in my culture and it is customary to give carnations to your parents.

Now, what was delivered was nothing like what was shown and described on the website but a bunch of red alstroemeria, blue hydrangea, some white daisy type variety and another purple flower. Therefore, this was certainly not as described contrary to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 ('SGA 1979'). The lack of carnations would also render them unfit for purpose under the SGA 1979.

Then, my parents found some remnants of rotten leaves amongst the foliage of the bouquet. Imagine my, and more importantly, their disappointment at receiving such below quality product. This, with its unsatisfactory quality is also in breach of the SGA 1979.

Terrible don't use

I ordered mother's day flowers on 26th Feb for delivery 9th March. I discovered on 10th March that they hadn't been delivered. Emailed customer support for 4 days running before I got an answer. apparently they couldn't just track my order through the booking reference (?) and asked for all details I gave them. Emailed it numerous times before I got a reply asking for the exact house number last week(I'd given a house name and postcode still not enough apparently). I emailed a reply and asked that the order be cancelled and my card refunded. I've now sent it numerous times and still no answer, refund or flowers. Don't use this company, they are incompetent and don't care

Please do not be tempted to use this company I ordered mothers day flowers (freesias) £38 with a card and chocolates arrived 3 days early when I asked for specific date (Good thing they did gave me a chance to rectify situation) the flowers are measly the card is as tacky as you can get and the message was cut out rudely and stuck on as if by a child and as for £9 chocolates they are something you would buy from a pound shop TOTAL RUBBISH please take heed

I ordered a bouquet of lilies for a birthday. The flowers turned up 2 days late and of a standard i could have purchased locally for a quarter of the price. The company hides their phone number and offered to send another bouquet, but not offer a refund or apology.

Companies like this should be banned from trading! Further more the company hides its telephone number, that should ring alarm bells.

Flowers fit for the bin

Received a sparse collection of dead flowers with brown leaves. They were fit for the bin and an embarrassment for my sister who had sent them to me to try and cheer me up. Possibly the worst bunch of flowers I have ever seen. Naturally I cannot tell her the truth and perhaps this is what "Fineflowers" is relying on.
