Similar to the other reviewee; I ordered the Pink and white mothers day bouquet which, with delivery came to about £24. The flowers arrived early, which is always better than late, however when I asked my mum what the lilies were like, I was told there were none.
I found this surprising as I'd deliberately chosen that bouquet as it had lilies. I expect to pay a premium for lilies as they are an expensive flower, however they had been replaced with tulips, a non-expensive flower especially this time of year.
I complained to fineflora and was asked to send a photo and they would look into it. I promptly obtained a photo and sent it. The response I received though astounded me:
Dear A,
Thank you for your email and photo. Your bouquet looks beautiful and fresh with lots of life left and buds still to open. We're sorry about the lilies but our flowers by post bouquets are not specific as the contents depend on what is growing and what is available.
