The flowers were sensibly packed and were a gift from my daughter so I do not know the price.. I have to be honest and say these were the best flowers I have ever received from a delivery service.. I would highly recommend them!

Ordered flowers for mothers day costing £30. They arrived nicely packaged until I opened the box and the flowers were half dead, limp, roses were brown on the edges on picking some of the flowers up to put in a vase the flowers completely fell off. I emailed Arena Flowers who offered me 15% off my next order. Like I would ever want to order from them again. Disgusting customer service

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.

I ordered some roses one week in advance of when I wanted them to be delivered, unfortunately Arena Flowers still managed to deliver a day late!

On the day off delivery, I used the tracking service and discovered that the was a delay of 24hrs! So I informed Arena Flowers of this but the best they could do was to send an email off and wait until their courier responded - not very proactive in my mind! They promised to call back with an update but they never did!

Even when the roses arrived a day late, some of the petals were tired looking and were drooping - clearly because they were stuck in transit and starved of air/water!

The company offered very little compensation which I rejected in favour of ensuring that other potential customers knew of their poor customer service!

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend in Oxford. But Arenaflowers did not deliver on Feb 14. I called the customer service trying to cancel my order but the woman answering the phone was in really bad attitude. I was trying to explain my reason to cancel the order, but she kept saying it was my fault as I tried to change the delivery address on Valentine's Day (my girlfriend has another address which is easier to deliver). I specifically left my girlfriend's phone number for them to call in case any problem with the delivery but they never even try to contact us. I have already filed a formal consumer complaint with OFT.

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.

Really disappointed with the customer service : I wanted to get fairtrade flowers for my wedding so called to find out more; the person answering my call could not answer even my basic questions or confirm that flowers were fairtrade; I was told to send an e-mail enquiry. I sent one but never received a response. When I called to chase up, I was told to send another e-mail! What a waste of time.

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.

Valentines day, first one with my bird and since i work in the Navy, wanted to make sure she had something for while i wasn't there. Ordered some flowers to arrive on Thursday the 14th.

They didn't

Get reassured that they will definitely arrive the next day, and i will get a 50% refund. Pretty chuffed with this and was happy they were trying to rectify their mistake

Again, no flowers today either.

Make way for a week and a half of me constantly trying to ring, email and facebook them for a full refund, and i eventually get through to them via email and get told I will be getting my refund within the next few days, drama over.

Or so i thought.

Come a week after and still no sign of my refund. I send another email which they take another 3 days to respond to, asking about where my refund is. They said sorry we will send it through now. I then went on to mention they had promised that they would refund me before, and they said that there was a "mistake", and that this time i definitely WOULD get my refund. 3 days later i get back all the money i... I've used Arena Flowers for 2 years now, and have always had great service. I've generally used for friends' birthdays and congratulations flowers, and people have always been so impressed with the flowers - fresh, beautiful flowers and great arrangements, and that's without me spending a fortune. They're not the cheapest option, but the prices are really reasonable and I'd rather pay slightly more and know I will get good and reliable service.

Most recently used them for a delivery for my mother on Mothering Sunday - I was away skiing so wanted to get her an especially nice bunch and went for the Majestic - they were so stunning she was just overwhelmed!

I really appreciate getting the text once flowers have arrived - avoids the awkwardness of calling your friend/family member and trying to find out whether they've been received yet!

All in all, highly recommend.

Mother's day flowers left with a neighbour, despite a sticker on my door saying do not leave with neighbours. my mobile number was on the box yet the delivery contractor did not call me "yeah, well if I don't deliver, I don't get paid" he later told me. Six days later when I arrived back home, my neigbour gave me the dead flowers. I phoned Arena immediately - they couldnt care less. My problem they said as I wasnt home. End of. Terrible customer service. At the same time I had a delivery of flowers from Next. They were brilliant. No quibble, immediately sent a replacement bouquet AND a box of chocolates. Superb flowers. (Arena were supposed to send lillies, they sent tulips which go over even quicker. The dead bunch of tulips was very sad looking anyway). Arena are rubbish. BUY FLOWERS FROM NEXT !

My husband ordered me a dozen roses to be delivered at the beginning of this month for valentines day.

He received an email yesterday afternoon informing him that their was a problem with their supply chain and that I would recieve my flowers a day late but they would double the order as a way of compensation. A notice appeared this afternoon (15/02/13) again apologising for the delay and promising that all orders will be delivered today. As I type, the time is 18:39 and as the website states delivery is between 8-6pm, so it doesnt look like they are going to arrive today either! My husband is very upset that I havent received my flowers and we will never use this company again.

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.

Worst delivery service. Despite ordering flowers a week in advance, I received an email at 12.30pm on valentines day telling me that my girlfriends flowers would not be delivered until the following day - great, thanks for making my girlfriend cry on valentines day.

In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.
