Valentines day, first one with my bird and since i work in the Navy, wanted to make sure she had something for while i wasn't there. Ordered some flowers to arrive on Thursday the 14th.
They didn't
Get reassured that they will definitely arrive the next day, and i will get a 50% refund. Pretty chuffed with this and was happy they were trying to rectify their mistake
Again, no flowers today either.
Make way for a week and a half of me constantly trying to ring, email and facebook them for a full refund, and i eventually get through to them via email and get told I will be getting my refund within the next few days, drama over.
Or so i thought.
Come a week after and still no sign of my refund. I send another email which they take another 3 days to respond to, asking about where my refund is. They said sorry we will send it through now. I then went on to mention they had promised that they would refund me before, and they said that there was a "mistake", and that this time i definitely WOULD get my refund. 3 days later i get back all the money i had spent on the flowers.
But I'd spent about 2 hours and about 3 quid on my phone ringing them.
Didn't refund that did you?
Horrible, un-caring company, unable to deal with negative criticism.
Do NOT use.
In summary, I would not recommend Arena Flowers to a friend.
