This is a bit long but thats needed to show prestige flowers total lack of customer service, their interest in this and their failure to live up to their customer satisfaction guaranty
I have now started to recoup my money back from them.
So here we go.
As I was abroad on my wife's birthday I Ordered a Lily plant for my wife and looking on prestige flowers website the one I chose looked really nice so I ordered it and it was delivered to my wife the next day on her birthday, I came home the next day and was in for a shock.
It looked nothing like it did on the website. What my wife received was correct a lily plant BUT It looked nothing like the image on the website. NONE of the buds were in bloom and it just came in a brown plastic pot with a small pink ribbon tied around it and in a cheap cellophane tube, NO effort whatsoever had been made to make it look like nice, like the image on the website. Today 3 days later and it still has not started to bloom.
It just ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for...
