This is a bit long but thats needed to show prestige flowers total lack of customer service, their interest in this and their failure to live up to their customer satisfaction guaranty

I have now started to recoup my money back from them.

So here we go.

As I was abroad on my wife's birthday I Ordered a Lily plant for my wife and looking on prestige flowers website the one I chose looked really nice so I ordered it and it was delivered to my wife the next day on her birthday, I came home the next day and was in for a shock.

It looked nothing like it did on the website. What my wife received was correct a lily plant BUT It looked nothing like the image on the website. NONE of the buds were in bloom and it just came in a brown plastic pot with a small pink ribbon tied around it and in a cheap cellophane tube, NO effort whatsoever had been made to make it look like nice, like the image on the website. Today 3 days later and it still has not started to bloom.

It just ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my wife.

I sent this to prestige flowers

"Hi I ordered a Lily plant Wednesday for delivery for my wife's birthday. What was delivered was NOTHING like what it looks like on the picture and I would like to send you a photo of what was delivered, A lily plant NOT FLOWERING in a brown plastic pot???? with a small pink ribbon and it came in a box, I could have bought it in our morrisons for a 1/3 of what I paid you and made it look far better then what my wife got. Please inform of where I can send you the photo of the plant delivered? Very Very disappointed Order Ref: 2197926 #2572948 Awaiting your reply asap. So we can sort something out as I am not happy with this. Kind regard ..........

Got an automated response asking me to send pictures which I did.

Here their response not addressing ANY of the issues I had with their product.

I am very sorry that you feel the plant that you ordered were unsatisfactory, please let me assure you that this is a very rare occurrence that we endeavour to prevent. All of our flowers come in fresh each morning and are prepared for same day or next day delivery to ensure freshness.
If your plant has arrived in a poor state we will of course send out a replacement one free of charge. Unfortunately after showing the florist manager the photographs that you have sent us they have said that the plant received is of good quality and can't see any evident quality issue.
If there is anything else that I can help you with please let me know and I will do my best to assist you.

Thanks for your time."

After that I again responded regarding the issues I had with their product again repeating previous points to which I received this response.

Kindly be advised that the plant will bloom, however, some of them are sent in a fresher form than others.

Wow I have used online flower shops before without any problems and got what I ordered BUT prestige flowers takes the mickey.

No customer service, Total disregard for any of the complaint I have made, just a florist manager saying "that the plant received is of good quality and can't see any evident quality issue."

I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't give what they gave my wife to their wife/partner on his or hers Birthday.

I would NOT recommend using Prestige flowers, it was the first and last time I will ever use them and stay well clear.

Go to Interflora instead which my wife has used several times and has always been spot on

In summary, I would not recommend Prestige Flowers to a friend.
