I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I ordered from Moonpig.

The bouquet itself cost £22.79, but by the time I added a £7.99 card and another £7.99 for delivery, the total came to around £35. For that price, I expected a proper bouquet — something with presence and impact.

What arrived was shockingly small. It’s barely a handful of flowers — no exaggeration, it’s about the size of an ice cream cone when you hold it. The stems are very short, the arrangement is tiny, and it looks nothing like a £22.79 bouquet. It feels more like a small add-on gift worth £5–£10 at most.

When you’re spending £35 in total, especially for a special occasion, you expect quality and value. Instead, this felt underwhelming and overpriced. The photos online make it appear much fuller and more substantial than what actually arrives.

Overall, this was extremely poor value for money and a very disappointing experience. I would not order flowers from Moonpig again.

In summary, I would not recommend Moonpig Flowers to a friend.

My daughter spent a lot of money on a moonpig birthday gift. She was heartbroken to find the flowers arrived dead and the chocolates tasted disgusting. Would not waste your money on moonpig. My daughter is only 20 and at uni £40 is a lot of money for her. If she had not given mr the gift personally I might have been tempted to lie and say the flowers were lovely so not to hurt her feelings in fact I even tried to do that for a minute but they were so dead and wilted everyone who saw them agreed. VERY POOR SHOW MOONPIG

In summary, I would not recommend Moonpig Flowers to a friend.

I received a bouquet for my birthday which is largely twiggy shrubbery. Have no idea how much my son paid for the flowers but even if they were the cheapest on offer they represent very poor value.
