I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I ordered from Moonpig.
The bouquet itself cost £22.79, but by the time I added a £7.99 card and another £7.99 for delivery, the total came to around £35. For that price, I expected a proper bouquet — something with presence and impact.
What arrived was shockingly small. It’s barely a handful of flowers — no exaggeration, it’s about the size of an ice cream cone when you hold it. The stems are very short, the arrangement is tiny, and it looks nothing like a £22.79 bouquet. It feels more like a small add-on gift worth £5–£10 at most.
When you’re spending £35 in total, especially for a special occasion, you expect quality and value. Instead, this felt underwhelming and overpriced. The photos online make it appear much fuller and more substantial than what actually arrives.
Overall, this was extremely poor value for money and a very disappointing experience. I would not order flowers from Moonpig again.
