Very very disappointed with the flowers, vase and tiny balloon. Was supposed to be a nice suprise getting them delivered to my fiance's work place, they were delivered in a cardboard box with the vase stuck in the bottom covered in bubble wrap. not what I expected for the price! Message then came on a business card with a tiny printed out sticker with my message on - very impersonal, my fiance didn't even realise there was a message included. I'll stick with interflora, you get a much personal service. al!

In summary, I would not recommend Eden4Flowers to a friend.

I would not use eden4flowers ever again! First of all they delivered the wrong flowers in a box that had been bashed and wet which made one of the flower heads even fall off! I also ordered chocolates and a vase to come with the flowers and these were not delivered. Upon complaining they said they would need a picture of the flowers so they could take up the complaint. However in a later email they admitted to substituting one of the flowers because they didn't have those in store which is fair enough but they never told me this at the beginning of the complaint. The vase and chocolates weren't delivered and providing a picture would not prove this. The customer care response was quick however the information and helpfulness of it was awful! I would recommend you stay away!

In summary, I would not recommend Eden4Flowers to a friend.

Good quality flowers, quick delivery and cheap to boot. Would definitely use again if the occasion calls.
