Partner ordered dozen red roses for valentines day,what they advertise on the site is not what was delivered, the bouquet looks nothing like the picture, it is loosely arranged, arrives without water in the base, no pretty little personal touches like you get with a local florist, no pretty valentines wrapping, bows nothing, the flowers were of the most poorest quality of roses in comparison to others I have had from local florists, and they only sent 11 instead of 12 roses which is total lack of care and attention to detail when my partner paid good money, and I got a bunch of flowers with petals having fell off petals torn, poorly arranged. The box it came in did not look as neat as the box on the site, was wet, & bashed, torn, and had horrible brown tape around it, no lid, just a flap over top, and the flowers were not secure inside. I find it quite unfair that their site does not allow for negative feedback also. They are not being honest to customers. In summary, I would not recommend Clare Florist to a friend.
