Ordered over 10 days in advance to ensure that delivery would be organised and take place on the day. No flowers. No flowers the day after. Customer service gives you the run-around and to top it all off, I got a junk email from them today, telling me never to miss any special days anymore and create an account with them...

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
