Only giving 1star as I can’t give none. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and surprise for my partner on Sunday night. I wanted them delivered Wednesday as she was home. They promise 24 to 48 hour delivery, so I figured Wednesday was a sure thing. I got confirmation from them saying I would have them Wednesday and that yodel would give me a delivery time by 11am on Wednesday morning, stating exactly when they would arrive.
BUT. Late on Tuesday I received a message from Amazon shipping (not yodel) stating that they had my delivery scheduled for Thursday.
No good to me as the special occasion is over, the surprise is ruined and to top things off no one is home on Thursday to receive the delivery.
On Wednesday I took my partner to buy flowers from a florist in Gloucester, who, lo and behold gave me the flowers there and then 🤣
It’s Thursday 22.30 as I type this and still no sign of those flowers, candle, chocolates, f..ing ect!
Save yourself the inconvenience and extra cost and go to the shops rather than use these jokers 🙁
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
