Exceptionally bad, they don't care about their customers at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID Bouquets do not represent pictures in any way. Wrong flowers, wrong size bouquet, I paid for the biggest, wrong colour - they just respond with 'they are to Value?? - so nothing they can do. Some people have had worse than me. Firstly I actually received Flowers. But mine were very small badly arranged and wrong colour,. Customer services took over a week to respond, by which time the flowers were dead. Just avoid this middle man company and deal direct with a true florist.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
