I ordered two bouquets to go to the same address. One was very nice, the other was pathetic. Nothing like the picture. Drooping & smelling by the second day and disposed of by the fourth. I would have done better for quality and value at a garage forecourt. Eflorist would not address my complaint as I had no photograph. I embarrassed my daughter in law by asking her to take a photo of flowers and she had to admit she already had to throw them away. Discomfort all round. Very poor service!!
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
