Ordered flowers on the 20/12 for mother in laws Christmas present all she got was an empty cardboard box,on the 23/12 unable to contact them by phone so emailed flower direct straight away on the 23/12 they did not return my email until 27/12 with offer of more flowers I would never buy from this company again very badly let down, and ruined my 84year old mums Christmas

In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Direct to a friend.
