Ordered funeral flowers. We live abroad so had to rely on the internet and the company to send a decent arrangement. Family told me the flowers were awful. Definitely not worth half what I paid. They said they looked shabby and unprofessional. I paid 40 pounds for a small sheath, they told me I could have done better buying from a supermarket. I Wrote to the company to complain. Never received a reply. Do not recommend them at all.
In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Direct to a friend.
