Ordered 2 cherry trees, through gogroopie. Didn't arrive contacted Bd they said they had been delivered and to check my front porch(it's 3 feet wide think I would notice 2 trees in it!) and to ask my neighbors if they had them, which they never. After a couple of replies they just stopped replying and gogroopie are no better with their customer service either! After about 6-7 emails I said I'd had another and wanted a refund they said they would consider me for a refund, contacted Bd who said it was delivered and that my refund was denied. I will not be using either of these companies again and I will not recommend either as well.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooming Direct to a friend.

If I could give no stars, I would.

I'm very, very disappointed and upset by my experience with Blooming Direct.

I ordered 24xheliotrope large plugs; a packet of seeds; tuberose bulbs.

The "heliotrope" package arrived about a week after ordering. They didn't look like heliotrope, but they were so small it was hard to be sure. The rest of my order was missing and there was no explanation on the delivery note. Oh yes, and despite my being in the house at the time, the courier left the package on the doorstep in full view of the street and any passing burglars.

I e-mailed customer services, but received no response. So I then telephoned customer services (no geographical telephone number - so an expensive call from my mobile). A very nice lady told me that they had sent my heliotrope early, because there was a delay with the rest of my order. I wouldn't be charged extra postage.

Eventually, about 5 weeks after ordering, the tuberose bulbs and my packet of seeds arrived. The seeds will be too late to plant this year, but have a long date so hopefully I can use them next year. The... (Read the full review)

#1 - Ordered a bouquet of roses and a Teddy bear. They delivered a bunch which has a few really weak and old roses and a "balloon" instead. I called them up and they said they substituted it. They will refund the teddy price. Really !! it was a birthday bouquet

#2 - Same old story of not fresh flowers but delivered 2 days "after the date " .

Please dont use them. You would be ordering for a special ocassion or trying to make someone special and they will make matters worse for sure.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooming Direct to a friend.

I bought some lavender plants online. I used their service because their website is well laid out and user friendly. The delivery was good but they sent me plants that were a quarter of the advertised height! I ordered 10cm plants, I got 2.5cm plants. When I contacted them, she asked for a photo. I sent her the photo against a ruler so she could see how tiny they were. Sophia comes back to me and says, 'I can understand your disappointment, they are much smaller'..... and that was that. When I asked how they were going to rectify this, my email went unanswered.

I read on some other review sites people who have exactly the same problem... I will never buy from them again and will be sure to tell anyone I know not to! Jersey Plants Direct - my gardener uses them so I will use them in the future.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooming Direct to a friend.
