This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a flower supplier. My order arrived four days late, and no one responded to my repeated attempts to cancel it. When it finally showed up, it was a complete mess—nothing like what I ordered. I trusted this company for a special occasion, and they completely let me down. It's unacceptable and deeply frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this supplier.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora Queen to a friend.
