The flying flowers says in their advertising that each rosebud is protected to ensure protection, each box before it is sent out is checked FIVE times! How come then that I received a box of drooping rosebuds and lilies that have never opened, no plant food and the ribbon bow disintegrated as I picked it up. I sent photos to the company, I was sent an apology and a replacement box would be forwarded, this was received naturally after Mother's Day. The roses this time are opened no protection so the heads are squashed, lilies look like they will open (hopefully), the bow was completely ignored! The gift was flowers and chocolates, and I would have thought as a way of sincere apology the whole gift should have been replaced. Instead I ended up with a spoilt day and a loving daughter who is devastated. Do I recommend this company.....definitely not.
The yellow rose buds that I received from Sainsburys a week before are now fully opened and still going strong!
In summary, I would not recommend Flying Flowers to a friend.
