Where to start..
The delivery took 5 days from day of ordering online. They arrived in a very sad state, with damaged flowers that had broken off in transit and the remaining flower buds were brown and wilted. They 'toilet roll' packaging which is designed to protect the flowers from 'Moving around' means that they all get packed into a very narrow tube like sardines, not the nicest package to send to a loved one.
I had paid extra to leave a special note in a card which did not arrive, so my mother had no idea who they were from.
They were advertised to include some chocolates, which also did not arrive.
The customer care team were extremely unhelpful and went as far as insinuating that my mother was lying and that they check their deliveries and all the contents were there.
Absolutely disgusted!
I will never use this company again and would strongly recommend that you don't either.
In summary, I would not recommend Eden4Flowers to a friend.
