I wish I had seen this website before using Serenata. I wanted my mother to receive a floral bouquet on her 90th birthday, so Googled flowers delivered. Serenata were top of the list. They claimed a 4.5 stars customer rating so I decided to use them. I ordered a miniature pink hydrangea in a pot for £29.99 to be delivered 2 days later (i.e. not the same day). I received an email at 7p.m. the day before the planned deliver day to inform me that they could not fulfill my order and could I nominate an alternative. This I did immediately. Next morning I received another email to inform me that they had received the revised instruction too late to deliver that day (my mother's birthday). They did suggest however that I could use their "same day delivery service" to ensure my mother received her flowers that day. Looking at their website again I could see that basically, you could buy the same, or very similar, floral arrangements but would have to pay an additional £10. To cut a long story short I asked for a full refund. Will be interested to see if I receive my refund as promised. I note the negative comments from other disappointed customers of Serenata on this website. Like them I think that Serenata's customer care is non-existent. As a postscript: they give you a 24 hour helpline number but it is a dead line. DO NOT TOUCH SERANATA WITH A BARGEPOLE!!
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
