A next day delivery of flowers took 3 attempts, nine days and phone calls and emails to make happen. Courier took 48hrs to inform M&S of non-delivery and a further 24hr by M&S to process a 2nd request. They seem unable to intervene and do anything urgently. The second failure was due to 'water damage' (ironic!) 3rd attempt due on a Saturday to business premises so no one there Monday planned by M&S but its a Bank Holiday so following day jokingly (I assume) called MY nominated day. An embarrassing and hugely frustrating experience. I got a full refund after the first failed attempt and the offer of a £10 account credit for the second failure (I rejected this as derisory) and nothing for the third attempt. This just about says it all really. To cap it all I was unable to leave a review on their 'review page' because my comments were not about the flowers but about the delivery service. M&S have, I presume had so many complaints that they have narrowed the review to be about something the customer hasn't seen and can have no way of judging objectively. Shame on you M&S Have you learned nothing about treating customers with contempt?
In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
