Sent flowers to my wife and mother. Admittedly I bought a £24 bunch so not a massive bouquet, but what was delivered was a complete rip off.

Took photos of the flowers and sent through to the company complaints. They replied saying it looked like the photo on their site (which it didnt) and therefore wouldnt provide any compensation. Tried this twice but got the same story.

Recommend scrolling past page 1 of google to see the true customer view of Seranata.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
