Paid GBP 113 for flowers, cake and champagne to be delivered to my brother on his birthday. A nice surprise was planned! However eden4flowers delivered 3 days in advance.
Despite email follow up and a call to the customer service, nothing done to send flowers or the cake on the birthday. All I received was an email stating that they would refund me my delivery charges and send a box of chocolate as a way of apology. Too little and too late. I am apalled at the apathy dispalyed by the people managing this e-commerce site. Such poor experiences, and now I realise that there have been many others, take away the trust from online transactions.
Do not recommend using this site to anybody who cares for the ones they are sending out gifts to.
In summary, I would not recommend Eden4Flowers to a friend.
