I ordered a Rose and Glittered berry bouquet with chocolates as a thankyou. It cost £22. I ordered the flowers from NEXT to be delivered to me as I thought this would save me time, I was sadly mistaken!! When they arrived I was appalled at the standard of the bouquet. There were 13 cream roses with 4 sprigs of berries with glitter on. The roses were limp, the petals had started to brown and the leaves had black spots on them. They were wrapped in a crumpled piece of tissue paper which looked like it had been used before and the card was cheap and nasty and wasn't even folded properly. I was horrified as I had used Next Flowers before and I am now wondering about the standard of flowers that were sent as I sent them direct to friends etc. I ended up going to my local supermarket and buying 2 bunches of roses (24 roses in total) and putting together a bouquet myself which cost me the total of £15 and it looked far superior to the one sent from NEXT. I have taken photos and have contacted Next through their website but to date I have not heard anything back from them, which in itself is disappointing.
I would NOT recommend NEXT flowers to my worse enermy let alone a friend!!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
