The delivery system lacks common sense - ordered flowers for a friend who had just got out of hospital on Saturday. She missed the delivery. Flowers not left with the neighbours either side or opposite but instead returned to Post Office Depot. Friend tried to call them 3 times on Saturday but got no answer so flowers remained in depot for the whole weekend. After further failed phone calls the flowers arrived yesterday (Tuesday) past their prime and apparently not worth the £70 we spent on them. Meanwhile, the chocolates we had ordered only arrived today (Wednesday).
Eden4Flowers are 'not outside of their delivery policy' and apparently see nothing wrong with a system which results in perishable items ending up locked in depots for a few days. Only order from them if you know your recipient will be able to wait in all day for flowers to arrive, is mobile enough to get to the door quickly and doesn't need to go to the toilet, pop out for a pint of milk etc, or if you think that dead flowers will cheer them up!
In summary, I would not recommend Eden4Flowers to a friend.
