I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mum for Mother's Day on the Sunday itself. They never arrived.
M&S deliver their flowers by courier, and even when it works they would spend 24 hours with the courier company.
Delivery time quoted when you place the order, (in the small print after paying) is up to 9pm at night.
Their non-delivery of the flowers caused me acute embarrassment. Their customer service was lousy too. Quoted half an hour wait time on the phones. Eventually found the relevant webform, and they just refunded my credit card with barely an apology.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
