Failure to deliver, and appaling follow up service!

I live in the US and wanted to send a special gift to my sister and her family for Christmas. I looked on line and was really happy with the selection of items offered by Serenata Flowers. Their pricing looked great too. After much consideration I chose a tea tray with food items, and asked to have it delivered a few days before Christmas, giving plenty of notice.

Christmas came and went, and life was busy, so I didn't get to talk to my sister. In mid January she sent me an email, but didn't mention the cool Christmas gift. I was surprised. It turned out that she hadn't received a gift from me.

I tried to call the O800 number but couldn't get through. I emailed and requested a call back. Nothing. I emailed again and finally received a contact saying my order was on hold. It turned out I had misspelled my sisters street address. Magdalaine instead of Magdelen, however I had included my sister's name, phone number and zip code, as well as my own phone number. But no one bothered to call to try to resolve the issue.

I emailed again asking someone to contact me.

Finally I received an email offering to redeliver my gift. I agreed and asked them to try delivering again the following Saturday (3 days later).
On Sunday (after the expected delivery date) I received an email saying that due to the higher than normal demand my order was being rescheduled to the following Monday. In fairness, at this point they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, but given this experience there is no way I will order through Serenata again, so 10% discount really doesn't help me!

I'm really disappointed in the total lack of service and care that I received from this company. It's now February 20th and my sister still hasn't received her Christams gift. This I finally did what I should have done in January and cancelled the order

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
