My valentines flowers arrived in time, but i didnt think much of them to the point i asked my husband how much they were. I couldnt believe it when he told me it was the £48 bunch! I thought they were worth about £25 and that was because i know they add to the price of flowers on valentines.
The photos they show online are very different to what you actually get. I have been buying from next for mothers day and birthdays for my mum and this will be the last time (she lives 500 miles away so i dont get to see them).
One of the roses.... the petals are coming away. The box was all soggy where the water had leaked out of the flowers and the box lid had sunk down and was leaning on the flowers on arrival.
I am 45 years old and i have had flowers on Valentines near on every year since my 20's and i can honestly say this is the worst bunch i have ever had. When my husband called to complain they just told him to cut the ends of the stalks off and put in water and wait for them to open. I will NEVER buy from Next again and advise anyone else to order from a local supplier...at least you can go in there and speak to someone if you have a complaint.
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
