Wish I'd have read others feedback on this company before doing business with Serenata. Ordered a hamper to be delivered to my Grandmother online for Christmas, but due to a website error (should have put me off) I had to call customer service to put in the order.
Hamper never arrived and wasn't notified by the company. After calling back customer service they had no clue as to the reason and was told someone would call me back. This too never happened so called back today and was told that they would refund the order with no compensation offered by the ill-educated service rep. No apology, no reason, just another unhappy customer they wanted off the phone.
Be smart and take your business elsewhere.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
