Very very disappointing treatment by Waitrose. Flowers not delivered to correct address and the customer service I received was awful. No apology and no compensation given. I chose Waitrose because I thought they would provide quality and care but sadly the opposite. I definitely would not recommend sending flowers through Waitrose

In summary, I would not recommend Waitrose Florist to a friend.
