Absolute crooks. Charged Premium Delivery fee and left at curb of home. Never knocked on door to personally deliver. Changed my order after it was placed to put "leave in safe place" and do not acknowledge they did this.

In summary, I would not recommend Appleyard Flowers to a friend.
