Having sent flowers to my sister as a surprise for her birthday. They arrived in very poor condition. She phoned me to let me know. On contacting the Bloom and Wild 'Customer Delight Team' they promptly referred me to a website giving advice on how to look after flowers! I told them that they had misunderstood the nature of my complaint. They then asked me to phone my sister (again) and ask her to send a photograph of the flowers. These were meant as a surprise on her birthday. Why should I then ask her to take a photograph and send it to them. Two phone calls and five emails later they still seem to disbelieve that there is nothing wrong with their transportation of their product. What was a simple concern about the delivery of a product has quickly become an argument involving their 'Customer Delight team', I have now asked for them to return my payment.
In summary, I would not recommend Bloom & Wild to a friend.
